GTM² is a go-to-market product operated by HigherOps (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the GTM² web app and our HubSpot and Slack integrations.

What we collect

  • Account data: the email address you sign in with and the workspace you create.
  • Connected CRM data: when you connect HubSpot, we receive the activity and contact data the granted scopes allow (for example, lifecycle changes and the contact records they relate to), used to detect and describe moments.
  • Connected Slack data: when you connect Slack, we receive the workspace and channel you choose and an incoming-webhook URL used to post alerts.
  • Usage data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use connected data to detect “moments” from your activity, generate plain-language summaries of them, write them back into your CRM, and deliver alerts to the channels you connect. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your CRM contents to train our own models.

Service providers

We share data only with providers needed to run the service: our cloud and database hosts, and the AI provider used to generate moment summaries. When you bring your own AI key, that provider is the one you choose. Connected platforms (HubSpot, Slack) process data under their own terms.

Storage & security

Access tokens and webhook URLs are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to your workspace and protected by row-level security. We request the least-privilege scopes needed for each integration.

Retention & deletion

We retain connected data while your account is active. You can disconnect an integration at any time, and you can request deletion of your workspace data by emailing us. Disconnecting revokes our access and removes the stored credentials.
